Role: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant
Rate of pay: £400 – £450 P/W

About the role
Every student deserves the support they require to accomplish the dreams that they have set out for themselves, and we are currently seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant that can provide our pupils the additional support they need to reach those dreams. If you are the proactive type with a strong passion for education and love to give your job 100% then this role could be perfect for you. You will need to be confident going into a classroom and building strong relationships with pupils in both small groups and on a 1:1 basis. We are looking for a capable individual that understands being a Learning Support Assistant is not simply a job role, it is a way of life. Your seen as a role model and have the ability to nurture, shape and change a young educator's future.

Role Requirements
* Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is essential.
* Previous experience working with SEN Students would be desirable.
* Previous experience working in Educational settings is essential.
* A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
* An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
