We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our team in supporting children and young people aged 9-18 with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, autism, and complex neurodevelopmental needs. You will play a critical role in providing specialist psychological support to those affected by trauma, sensory processing challenges, mental health issues, and speech, language, and communication difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilise your expertise to assess, formulate, and deliver therapeutic interventions for young people with complex, multifaceted needs.
2. Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring a holistic, informed approach to supporting each child's needs.
3. Act as a role model, guide, and trainer to staff, supporting clinically informed practices within educational and care environments.
4. Champion the best possible outcomes for young people, fostering environments that enhance their well-being, learning, and personal development.
About You:
1. Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist with HCPC registration.
2. Proven experience working with children and young people with SEN, SEMH, and neurodevelopmental needs, including complex trauma and sensory processing challenges.
3. Confident, engaging, and an effective leader who inspires, guides, and trains staff.
4. Highly organised, you are ready to take initiative and adapt to a dynamic environment.
