About us
The ideal candidate will complete our existing clinical team and be keen to develop and cement an innovative but traditional way of delivering General Practice care. We are currently 4 full-time GP Partners, a Managing Partner, Deputy Practice Manager, Nurse Manager, 3 Physicians Associates together with a Paramedic home-visiting service, 1st contact MSK, Mental Health and Wellbeing practitioners, Clinical Care Co-ordinators, Practice Nurses, HCAs and phlebotomists.
As a partnership, we have based our care on the use of personal lists, something which we feel strongly is essential for continuity of care for both patient and practitioner satisfaction. Times are changing, but we are looking to develop and evolve the model of care that has worked so well for so many years by using a team approach.
We are a relaxed, hard-working team and welcome applications from anyone at any stage in their career who is excited to help us develop and deliver this unique model of practice.
We are a one-site practice, and together with the other two practices in the Fleet, we form the Fleet Primary Care Network. We have an active role in the PCN and benefit from having Frimley Park Hospital as our closest secondary care facility.
Fleet is an area that consistently rates among the highest in terms of quality of life in the country. Fleet has good road and rail links with London and surrounding towns and countryside.
We operate with EMIS Web, are high QoF achievers and CQC rated good.
