Project Support Administrator Chichester Permanent, full-time Competitive salary plus benefits The successful candidate will undertake all duties associated with that of a Job Coordinator operating out of the Company's head office in Chichester, assisting all departments in the coordination and general management of our non-engineering related jobs. More about the role: Effective communication in a customer service environment / following up on defects. Assist with all shipping, lifting and logistics on our Service orders; making sure they are coordinated effectively. Being responsible for the hire and off-hire of service equipment. Invoicing of Service jobs and smaller project/product orders. Process job sheets from Service Engineers. Supporting IT issues within the service team. Assisting in the production of RAMS and sending to customers prior to site visits. Ensuring operations compliance in line with weekly compliance report. Processing Purchase Orders and ensuring they are delivered on time. Progressing Suppliers and Maintain onboarding procedures for subcontractors. Ensuring all Subcontractors service jobs are completed, and time sheets are appropriately filled out. Reviewing & approving all engineers timesheets & aligned to job sheets / quoted time frames. Producing cost and revenue reports for the service team. Developing agendas, taking minutes and attending Service Coordination Meetings. Maintenance and organisation of the Service mailbox and calendar. Manage service contracts and advise Service and Commercial teams when contracts are ending. Including running a weekly report relating to service contract progress. Quality: Meet the required quality standards and comply with industry regulations/company policies. - To BS EN ISO 9001 Standard. Maintain & Adhere to the Adler & Allan Fleet Vehicle user directive and UK Driver legislation.
