What you'll do As an Analyst within the Chief Data and Analytics Office at our multi-channel, multi-brand business, you will play a vital role in unlocking the value of our extensive data assets and delivering analytical insights that directly support our strategic objectives. Working within a high-caliber team, you will focus primarily on providing analytical value for our retail divisions, gaining a deep understanding of our operations across brands such as Sainsbury's, Argos, Tu, and Habitat. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, championing a collaborative approach to requirements gathering, and delivering compelling analysis that guides strategic decision-making. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for data storytelling, you will translate complex concepts into digestible narratives that inspire action. Your inquisitive mindset and problem-solving abilities, combined with your proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, and/or R, will enable you to derive actionable insights and drive meaningful business change.
