As our teams grow, we seek our next Multi-Site Food/Market Manager in the iconic Borough Market to join our team.

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:
* Oversee daily operations at Flour Station Market, ensuring smooth functionality and high performance.
* Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets, develop business strategies, and maintain operational excellence, whilst demonstrating knowledge and passion for bread.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and issues professionally.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe market environment.
* Manage stock, inventory, and labour costs, while helping achieve sales and controlling expenses.
* Assist with staff training, development, and motivation to drive customer service and performance.
* Place orders, control inventory, and conduct annual performance evaluations.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on exceptional customer service.
* 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a passion for baking and the food industry.
* Comfortable handling tasks such as spreadsheets, invoicing, and difficult conversations.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen maintenance practices, with an appreciation for premium, fresh bread and pastries.
