About Our Client

Job Description
* Handle inbound and outbound communications with business clients.
* Work on SAP system with additional use of Excel (ideally VLookUps).
* All areas of a busy customer service role including processing orders, liaising with warehouse and 3PL.
* Resolve client queries and issues promptly and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
* Provide product and service information to clients.
* Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
* Assist in the development of client support materials.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service team.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
* High level of organisational and multitasking skills.
* Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Job Location: Available for a mainly office-based role at an office in Marlow.
What's on Offer
