Provide support to the maintenance team on site with all breakdowns, PPM and scheduled activities. Experienced apprenticeship trained engineer (minimum of City & Guilds) in an engineering discipline with extensive FMCG, Pharma or Food Manufacturing industry experience required.

Key responsibilities include maintenance engineering, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, with a good working knowledge of sterile manufacturing and filling processes, particle inspection equipment, automated container integrity test equipment, labelling equipment, bottle filling equipment, cartoning equipment, thermo-former based packaging lines, operation of PLC based equipment, pumps/motors & mechanical drives, electrical drives and basic electrical diagnostics, ampoule/vial/bottle/carton transportation systems, building services including HVAC, boilers and Water plant, process pipework and systems, autoclaves/sterilising ovens, and knowledge and experience of working in GMP classified areas.
Benefits include a salary of £48,450 including shift allowance, up to 3% bonus, paid overtime, pension, life assurance, and 25 days holidays + 8 stat days.
