We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Team Administration Assistant and Coordinator who will support the team with a wide range of projects involving liaising with third-party companies, senior stakeholders, and coordinating internal teams.
As the Administrator / Team Administration Assistant, you will need excellent report writing skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office / 365, including good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
DUTIES
Your duties as the Administrator / Team Administration Assistant include:
* Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects.
* Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
* Liaison Duties: Act as the primary point of contact between the organisation and third-party companies, as well as senior stakeholders.
* Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, organise meetings, prepare reports, and maintain records.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* High attention to detail and highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience using Microsoft Office / 365.
* Excellent research and reporting skills.
* Great multi-tasking and coordination skills.
