We’re looking for incredible individuals to join our Deck and Engineering teams of Seafarers. Help us grow while adhering to high standards, safety, and operational excellence. Positions are available in the following departments:
Deck Department
* Captains
* Chief Officers
* Second Officers
* Bosun
* Able Seafarers
Engineering Department
* Chief Engineers
* Second Engineers
* Third Engineers
* Motormen/Repairmen
What You Bring
We’re seeking professionals who:
* Have High-Speed Craft experience.
* Hold all relevant STCW95 Certification for their role.
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Are ready to work to strict deadlines in a dynamic and pressurised environment.
* Are flexible and able to work on their initiative.
* Are committed to teamwork and can motivate others to follow established procedures, safety standards, and Company policies.
* Competent in required muster duties.
* Fluent in English.
* Adhere to all relevant legislation and maintain compliance onboard.
* Ideally, you would live no more than a two-hour commute away from Poole, or St. Malo.
