If so, we’d love to hear from you About The Role : P4 Recruitment, are seeking a dedicated individual to providing safe, nurturing environments for children and young people Due to expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Registered Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensuring the best possible care and outcomes for young people in our home. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Children’s Legislation and Regulations. Manage and support a team of staff, promoting professional development and high-performance standards. Lead on care planning, behaviour management, and safeguarding practices, ensuring the wellbeing and development of each child. Ensure financial, payroll, and staffing matters are completed in a timely and compliant manner. Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and diversity within the home. Qualifications & Experience needed for the role: NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent). NVQ Level 4 in Management (or working towards relevant qualifications). Significant experience in a residential setting, with a strong track record in staff management and care planning.
