This is a rare opportunity for an exceptional candidate to support the CEO of TVF Media and the IAI (Institute of Art and Ideas). You will join the nerve-centre of one of London’s most diverse and vibrant arts and media companies, operating in many media areas including events and digital media, communications, television programming and distribution, post production, and the arts.
Our founder and Chief Executive, also a published philosopher and award-winning broadcaster, is looking for a dynamic and talented Executive Assistant to assist him in running his personal office in addition to developing your own projects. On the EA front you have control of the diary & scheduling, Talent and PR activity related to the founder. Your own projects respond to the many new activities the company is developing, where you use your initiative to help move projects forward, addressing clearly defined challenges. This is a varied and challenging role with a significant level of responsibility and much potential for the role to develop.
The role gives you a remarkable insight into an organisation that finds itself at the forefront of cultural change. There is a lot of scope for career progression, and you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility on the EA and people management front as your experience and knowledge of the organisation grows. You also have the opportunity to develop your own projects including playing a part in the growth of one of our smaller arts divisions, Open Gallery, which is devoted to selling bespoke video artwork, as well as playing a part in delivering our festivals which run twice a year.
All applicants should have an excellent educational background with a degree from a top university, be highly focused and organised, have excellent writing and communications skills, and have the charm and force of personality to make things happen. Management experience and/or executive assistant experience is highly desirable.
If you think you have what it takes to succeed in this role, please apply now!
