An exciting opportunity for a Temporary Administrator has arisen to work for our client who is a successful college group based at their Redhill site. The purpose of this role is to provide an effective administrative and secretarial service to support the team.
Salary: £11.50 - £12.50 per hour
Location: Redhill
Start: Monday 7th October - 2 weeks initially
Hours: 8:45am – 5pm
What will your working week be like?
1. Liaise closely and form effective working relationships with staff, students and third parties such as external agencies.
2. Assist day-to-day administration tasks, including opening & distributing post, filing, data entry, note taking, photocopying and distributing documents.
3. Deal with telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries from both internal and external sources, providing an excellent level of customer service.
4. Overseeing Directors' diary.
5. Other duties as required by the head of department.
Who will suit this role?
1. Ideally DBS checked, however this can be carried out by the employer – so not an essential requirement.
2. Experienced administrator.
3. Strong MS Word & Excel experience.
4. Strong attention to detail, planning and coordinating.
5. Experience of setting up and using administration systems within an office environment.
