Key Accountabilities: Payment Process: You’ll take on the responsibility of the payment process ensuring accurate input on a daily basis and maintaining a strong monthly cashflow. WIP Management: You’ll take ownership of managing the WIP process and ensuring all possible work is billed. Subcontractor Onboarding: You’ll ensure that all subcontractors go through the onboarding process and our internal job systems are up to date. Ad hoc Requirements: You’ll be a point of contact for the Commercial Manager and QS for any assistance with day-to-day tasks including running of monthly/weekly reports, assisting with data analysis, maintaining our databases and supporting Operations and Finance with purchase orders.
