Hays are delighted to be working in partnership with an internationally recognised organisation whose main office is based in Aberdeen. Due to an exciting new project that is emerging, the requirement for a temporary Technical Assistant to join the team has become available.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be a key point of contact for the creation and maintenance of a document control system that will positively support the daily operations of the project. This will include managing confidential information, coordinating approvals for publications, generating reports and supporting with ad hoc administration tasks such as data entry and file management.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be a motivated individual who is interested in securing a role that will further your experience within document control and project administration. Previous experience working in a project based environment or having supported in the implementation of new systems and processes to streamline workload would be highly advantageous. This role will suit someone who is a self-starter, able to work independently as well as working collaboratively with a small team. An ability to confidently communicate, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders will be crucial to your success in this role.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a competitive hourly rate of circa £16 (inclusive of holiday pay) and the opportunity to join a leading international organisation as they embark on this new project. You will secure a longer term contract that will provide flexibility and exposure to exciting tasks, where no two days will be the same. This role will be based in their Aberdeen office, on a full time (37.5 hours a week) basis with flexible working options available.
