Job Title: Customer Team Member
We are seeking a friendly and approachable Customer Team Member to join our team at {company}. As a key member of our store team, you will provide excellent customer service, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to their queries and championing Co-op products and Membership.
* Work together with colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
* Maintain a safe and legal store environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and prices, dates, and temperatures are accurate.
* Help introduce new products and services, making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Support local community activities and events, promoting our store and its values.
