The Governors of this popular Primary and Nursery school wish to invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support children with Special Educational Needs.
Applicants must have:
1. An NVQ 3 in Teaching Assistance or an equivalent qualification.
2. Experience of working with children of primary age.
3. High expectations for all children.
4. The ability to build and maintain successful relationships with children, treating them with respect and kindness, and demonstrating consideration for their development as learners.
5. High standards of spoken and written English.
6. Ability to work as part of an effective team.
7. Ability to carry out administrative tasks to a good standard, including using IT.
8. Willingness to contribute to all aspects of school life.
