A Typical Day Includes:
* Interviewing and Screening Candidates: Onboard new candidates through our app and prepare them to excel in the job market.
* Business Development: Reach out to potential clients, showcase our value, and cultivate lasting partnerships.
* Creating Marketing Profiles: Highlight top talent with well-crafted profiles to attract the best opportunities.
* Shortlisting Candidates: Present compelling CVs of our best candidates to match client vacancies.
* Outbound Calls: Communicate regularly with candidates and clients—you’ll need to love being on the phone!
Your Role Involves:
* 360 Recruitment Cycle: Manage all aspects of recruitment from start to finish.
* Candidate Attraction and Retention: Build a strong candidate pipeline and ensure long-term engagement.
* Business Development: Proactively contact potential clients and grow our business portfolio.
* Client Visits: Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with schools and SEND provisions to nurture relationships.
* Relationship Management: Develop new client relationships while managing existing accounts.
