The role:
This Customer Success Manager will be responsible for…
1. Providing continuous support and training on existing accounts, ensuring clients are nurtured at all times.
2. Becoming a trusted advisor to help mould and identify ways in which clients can get the best out of the software.
3. Working cross functionally with other departments to become the voice of the customer and guarantee a smooth and profitable process.
4. Onboarding new customers and ensuring they are well steered for deployment as quickly as possible.
About you:
5. Proven Customer Success / Account Management / Sales background within a B2B SaaS/tech environment
6. Track record of retaining high value clients, successfully taking them through the renewal process
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
