Night Porter Caledonian is looking for exceptional individuals aspiring to excel in the hospitality industry operating all year-round. Key Job Responsibilities Handle any guests’ enquiries, incidents and coordinate services where required in conjunction with the Manager. Following company control procedures in accordance with the internal audit requirements. Confidently know all emergency procedures, have full knowledge of fire procedures. Work in conjunction with the wider Front Office department to ensure all night’s objectives are fulfilled. Close daily business, clean, maintain, secure property, and prepare for new day. Aid other departments while on shift – bar or restaurant if necessary. Always demonstrate a high level of customer service. About you Have excellent customer service skills. Demonstrate a can-do attitude. Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Have excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to colleagues and customers. Ability to work in a team. Ability to work a flexible shift pattern.
