Description Lead the development and implementation of global threat and vulnerability management strategies. Oversee the identification and mitigation of potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure security measures align with company objectives. Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring swift resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats and trends. Liaise with stakeholders to communicate security strategies and updates. Develop and implement security training programs for staff. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation's security posture. Profile Coming from a similar role, preferably from a finance or consultancy background, you'll bring the following skills & experience: Relevant educational qualifications in Information Security, Computer Science or related field. A proven track record in managing threat and vulnerability in a large organisation, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong understanding of security protocols, infrastructure and network security. Excellent leadership and communication skills with a demonstrable track record of people management.
