The role
As a HR Advisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This is an exciting opportunity to support various functions within the business from an HR perspective.
Day-to-day, you’ll advise, support and coach first line management and employees in matters relating to HR best practice. You’ll also:
* Provide credible employment law advice in line with best practice and policy
* Provide employee relations support and guidance for first line management and employees in matters relating to absence management, performance management and disciplinary, grievance and employee disputes.
* Support HR Business Partners (HRBP’s) where required in projects and business initiatives to enhance the employee experience
* Identify areas of development within the team and where appropriate deliver coaching and training in HR activity to support line management and employees
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Bovington with travel to Lulworth.
Essential experience of the HR Advisor:
* Experience of Employee Relations advice and employment law guidance
* Experience of interpretation and implementation of corporate policies
* Ability to work with Microsoft applications and computer literate
* Experience in Redundancy, TUPE, and organisational change
Qualifications for the HR Advisor:
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
