Salary Range: $110,000 to $140,000 annually plus bonus

Job Summary
As the Marketing Manager, you will take part in a complete marketing experience, leading every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, Marketing, Leadership, IT, Academic Affairs and more.
In this role, you'll be involved with Graduate product marketing strategy from beginning to end. You’ll be responsible for leading the positioning for Graduate Programs and Program Development Partnerships. This is a high-growth part of our business that has a tremendous impact on the success of graduates as well as our business. You’ll drive the user insights into work and competitive analysis to inform our product experiences and narrative, ensuring our positioning is clear and differentiated.
We expect you to develop a deep understanding of our prospects, students and grads as well as a deep understanding of the magic of iPEC and its Graduate training programs, along with the coaching industry. You align the internal teams to bring the two together so that iPEC can continue to awaken their potential.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Lead work to develop positioning and messaging of iPEC’s Graduate Programs and partnerships with scalable processes and materials including playbooks, messaging guidance, and Go-To-Market briefs.
2. Develop and maintain the annual marketing calendar and work with the internal marketing team on asset needs to promote the sale of existing Graduate products and programs throughout the year.
3. Work with internal partners to ensure strategic alignment and understanding of the customer to develop programs and content that are relevant to Graduate continuing education needs.
4. Partner effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, IT and Academic Affairs to drive alignment on product strategy and messaging.
5. Develop user and market insights to inform our messaging and build narratives.
6. Measure the success of your work and the teams’ work, share learnings and make fast improvements to drive operational efficiency.
7. Serve as a facilitative leader, guiding, growing and supporting team members to achieve their business goals.
Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA or graduate degree is strongly preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading product or GTM marketing, including strategy and project management.
3. Hands-on experience and skills in marketing campaigns, marketing strategy, marketing automation, and communications.
4. Experience working with product marketing to develop GTM strategies.
5. Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
6. Experience with coach training and certification or demonstrated interest in coach training and certification strongly preferred.

3. Excellent written work, including the ability to articulate products and features in engaging language.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
5. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
6. Experience working with Hubspot and Shopify a plus.
