Payroll, HRIS & HR Talent Specialist - Covering UK, EMEA & APAC
Location: Reading - Hybrid (3/2)
JGA are partnered with a renowned firm in the UK that provides advisory services to individuals, families, and businesses.
The Payroll Manager will be expected to:
* Oversee and execute the organisation’s monthly payroll cycle.
* Generate accurate payment schedules for payroll providers to process employee net pay.
* Track and report payroll changes each month to the Group Finance Director.
* Efficiently manage company benefits programmes and liaise with external providers.
* Provide payroll reports and updates.
* Administer payroll systems, identifying areas for optimisation.
* Supervise the year-end payroll processes, including issuing P60s and P11Ds.
* Address employee payroll-related queries in a timely manner.
* Support management with ad-hoc projects as required.
* Uphold strong internal controls to safeguard payroll integrity.
