Your Role: As an Account Manager, you'll focus on delivering stand sales across our two premier housing industry exhibitions. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of providing exceptional experiences and insights!
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Objectives:
To hit all sales targets set by the Group Head of Sales
Exceed KPIs assigned across call times and meetings
Achieve client rebook to set targets
Administrative Duties:
Using CRM to accurately update and maintain sales pipeline with all sales activity
Working with the marketing and data team to ensure target lists and opportunities are up to date
Updating and maintaining individual target vs current sales
Ensuring all contractual paperwork is completed accurately
Assisting accounts/finance team in chasing payments or outstanding invoices
Chasing marketing collateral/info from clients as required
Key Account Management:
Operate as the lead point of contact for and all matters specific to your accounts
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and clients
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Be a real team player supporting colleagues across all accounts, where necessary
Competitor Events:
Attending competitor events as required
Researching event beforehand to assess number of potential leads/targets
Conducting minimum of 7 face-to-face meetings per day at competitor events
Compiling report of attendance, results of visit and projected return
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in selling exhibitions and/or sponsorships
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills 📊
Strong organisation and time management abilities
Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal
A natural problem solver with a confident, outgoing personality
Proven attention to detail and a track record of accuracy
Commercial awareness and business acumen
