We’re working with an award-winning design and build company in London looking for a Creative BID Coordinator to join the team. This role is perfect for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for creative communication and a talent for producing visually striking proposals and documents.
Responsibilities
1. Bid Coordination: Manage end-to-end bid processes, ensuring all submissions are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.
2. Content Development: Collaborate with internal teams to gather, refine, and tailor content such as case studies, technical details, and design concepts.
3. Creative Design: Use InDesign and the Adobe Suite to produce visually compelling and professional bid documents, adhering to brand guidelines.
4. Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between designers, architects, project managers, and external stakeholders to craft proposals that meet client requirements.
5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to ensure the company stands out.
6. Pitch Preparation: Develop and assist with impactful pitch presentations under tight deadlines.
Requirements
1. Experience: Proven experience in bid coordination/graphic design, ideally within the design and build or related industries.
2. Skills: Strong design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
3. Knowledge: Familiarity with design and build processes and terminology.
4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
5. Organisation: Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
6. Creativity: A flair for creating visually engaging documents that tell a compelling story.
7. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and InDesign.
