Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Commission OR Self-Employed Option (45% Commission on Sales)

Our client is a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) offering a wide range of IT, telecoms, and business solutions. They are known for their cutting-edge services and excellent customer support, helping businesses optimise their IT infrastructure. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a driven and results-focused Field Sales Consultant to join their team.
Role Overview:
As a Field Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving new business by solution selling to prospective clients in the IT and telecoms sectors. You will be tasked with generating leads and closing sales, building long-lasting relationships, and identifying business opportunities across the region. If the telesales team hasn't provided enough qualified leads, you will be expected to generate your own business through your proactive sales efforts.
You will be office-based in Broxbourne but will need to travel within your region, meeting clients face-to-face and driving your sales targets forward. You will also have the opportunity to choose a salary and commission structure that best suits you, with the option of a self-employed commission-only package for more flexibility and earning potential.
