Human Resources Manager
37 hours per week, term time including Inset days, plus an additional 2 weeks to be worked during school holidays in accordance with payroll activities.
This is a permanent role based on site.
Salary Range: £46,154 to £55,385 per annum depending on experience (calculated pro rata from £50,000 to £60,000).
Hazelwick School is looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager, ideally to start on 2nd June 2025.
Reporting to the Headteacher, leading on all HR matters to deliver a high-quality and effective HR & Payroll service for our Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ school.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who has excellent people management and interpersonal skills, and experience in dealing with the full range of generalist HR matters to advise and support the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team, and all staff including the Chair of Governors.
