Territory Manager
We are currently recruiting a Territory Manager to develop and execute area business plans to drive growth and build strong relationships with contractors, wholesalers, and branch managers, while prioritizing customer interactions to achieve sales targets. To collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate forecasts, customer proposals, and support new product development.
This is a remote based role with 25% travel to client sites covering Nottingham and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary interface for customers, understanding their business drivers and ensuring Honeywell’s value is effectively communicated.
2. Business Partnership: Act as a business partner to customers, building defensible barriers against competitors and enhancing customer business potential.
3. New Product Development: Actively participate in product development programs, supporting and articulating new product initiatives.
4. Sales Leadership: Drive the sales cycle from identifying opportunities to negotiating and closing deals, ensuring consistent momentum.
5. Value Proposition Delivery: Formulate and deliver compelling value propositions for Honeywell’s solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1. Electrical Industry Experience: Proven experience in the electrical industry, particularly in dealing with electrical contractors.
2. Relationship Building: Strong ability to form and manage relationships across all levels of the business.
3. Optimistic Attitude: Confident, with a can-do attitude and a strong belief in your ability to succeed.
4. Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a successful, well-established team.
5. Meeting Leadership: Confidence in preparing and leading meetings with both internal and external customers.
