As part of your key responsibilities you’ll: Raise and receipt purchase orders, credit card transactions and maintain purchasing logs Allocate and order product Maintain time and attendance system, including holiday and sick records Report on Working Time Directive Collate payroll and agency hours for payroll and purchasing and submit payroll Provide cover for reception area and other Finance and Admin Assistants as required Assist with period end trading.
