Community Managers £200 per day, outside IR35 2 month contract (potential to extend till EOY) 2 days per week in the London office (part time) As a Community Manager, you will be responsible f or managing brand engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You will help shape conversations, ensuring a human and engaging approach to community management-steering away from automated or robotic responses. Key Responsibilities: Content Posting & Copywriting: Manage 4-6 posts per month across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, crafting compelling copy in French and/or Italian (essential). Cultural Engagement: Monitor cultural trends and find opportunities to enter conversations in an authentic, brand-aligned way. Community Interaction: Engage with audiences through likes, reactions, and responses, fostering strong relationships. Approvals & Compliance: Work closely with local moderators (legal teams) to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines. Performance Tracking: Monitor and track engagement to optimize future content strategies. Ideal Candidate: Fluent in French and/or Italian (essential). Strong brand experience with a deep understanding of cultural trends and audience engagement. Proven ability to create authentic, engaging social media interactions (not just automated responses). Experience working with both large established brands and smaller, highly engaged brands. Based in the UK and available to work in-office.
