Career Opportunities: Specialist Occupational Therapist (36546)
We are St Andrew's. We are a mental health Charity and our purpose is to inspire hope for those living with complex mental health needs.
We are looking to a future with less stigma, more community support, more research and education, and we aim to be at the forefront of inspiring real change. We want to ensure we can all live in a society where everyone with complex mental health needs is heard, valued and has hope for their future.

You will work with a specialised MDT to contribute towards delivering individualised recovery and rehabilitation packages. The OT team is supported by technical instructors and a team of Rehab Support Workers, providing opportunity for co-production and collaborative goal setting.
We are seeking a senior occupational therapist to further establish the service, bring new and innovative ideas based on current research and contribute to the development of the longer-term vision and strategy.
The occupational therapy team use both the Model of Human Occupation and the VdT Model of Creative Ability, so knowledge of these practice model would be advantageous; however, this is a unique development opportunity.
