What you will do:
1. Provide robust supervision and support to connected person foster carers ensuring best practices and outcomes for children in care.
2. Conduct thorough assessments and offer guidance on fostering processes with a focus on family and friend or kinship carers.
3. Engage effectively with children, their families, and foster carers to promote a supportive and nurturing environment.
4. Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive care and support systems are in place.
5. Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts to maintain the GOOD Ofsted status of Birmingham Children's Trust.
