We are looking to take our organisation to the next level, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to be part of our growth journey and be rewarded for it. This is a new position that we are seeking to fill and believe that now is the right time to go in to 2025 with this key role to align with our strategic growth strategy. The role will offer flexibility to suit the lifestyle of the candidate and the place of work will be dynamic to meet both the needs of the role and the successful candidate. You’ll be reporting to The Group CEO and Senior Management Team.

What we’re looking for
* The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the health and social care sector or ideally a previous local authority commissioner or ICB / CCG commissioner
* Motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Possesses excellent communication skills
* Has a passion for business growth and development
Role
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the health and social care sector.
* Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
* Work collaboratively with business managers and the marketing team to communicate our organisation’s message in a way that will demonstrate our strengths and increase referrals.
* Collaborate closely with healthcare facilities, ICB /CCG commissioners, property companies and community partners
* Prepare and deliver business development presentations to stakeholders and potential partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Driving business growth and increasing market share, with a focus on building relationships, and identifying new opportunities.
* Develop innovative solutions to establish and improve strategic partnership working within the sector
* Analysing market trends, researching competitor activities, and leveraging insights to assist with business growth.
* Play a critical role in positioning our group as a North West leader in the health and social care sector.
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in management or health related subject.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in health or social care.
* Proven track record of driving business and revenue growth and achieving targets.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively and confidently engage with diverse stakeholders and potential partners.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Knowledgeable about health and social care regulations.
* Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
