In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships, leading sales efforts, and delivering cost-effective, proven trenchless infrastructure solutions within your region. Your role will involve fostering partnerships with contractors, engineering firms, and local authorities, positioning Vortex’s extensive portfolio of products, services, and solutions. The BDM will play an active role in advancing approved projects to the construction phase, ensuring a seamless transition and setting the stage for successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and manage relationships with contractors, local authorities, and consulting engineers. Conduct high-level meetings to communicate the company’s mission and offerings to key decision makers. Obtain product approvals through presentations and support submission development. Track bids, projects, and private work to stay ahead in the market. Provide detailed data and reports to operational teams, including information from plans and specifications. Negotiate contracts, proposals, and terms to secure profitable agreements. Leverage customer and market feedback to strategically adapt sales initiatives. Ideal Candidate Qualities: Self-motivated with a strong drive for success. Highly organised and detail oriented. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
