Contract Type: Full-time, open-ended
Hybrid working : Loughborough University is committed to allowing its employees to work dynamically with a combination of working on campus and remotely, where possible, for this role we would expect a 60/40 split of work in the office in Loughborough / working from home.
The Role : We are seeking a dedicated professional to generate management information to inform the strategic plans of the University.
Key Responsibilities
1. To support the analysis of a wide range of internal and external data linked to the delivery of University strategy. This will include student, staff, research and finance data sets.
2. To support cross-institutional data analysis teams with the Strategic Planning Analyst Lead (Management Information).
3. To liaise with Schools and Professional Services about the range and nature of management information that is helpful to support their activities.
To be successful in the role, you will:
4. Hold a degree and/or demonstrate equivalent experience.
5. Have proven experience in extraction, cleaning, manipulation and analysis of data.
6. Have strong communication and collaboration skills and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
7. The ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload independently.
8. Be committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
