Monday to Friday – 14:30 – 23:00
Venatu Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a leading distribution and wholesale company in search of an experienced Business Improvement Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic National Distribution Centre at a time of significant growth.
Role Overview:
The Business Improvement Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of Business Improvement operatives ensuring they complete various stock checking activities across the warehouse, and reporting back findings to the stock integrity manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team of business improvement operatives ensuring counts are completed as appropriate.
2. Monitor and drive performance against KPIs, ensuring high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
3. Directly manage the business improvement operatives.
4. Promote an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.
5. Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on stock results and count findings.
6. Ensure best practices are implemented and maintained.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Experience in a similar role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
2. Proven ability to manage teams.
Skills:
1. Strong analytical thinking capabilities.
2. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
3. Automation.
