Position We’re looking for a Senior Tech Business Partner to develop and execute the Our Media technology roadmap in collaboration with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and wider leadership team. As the Senior Tech Business Partner, you will play a key role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of tech projects and facilitate the adoption of new technology across the business. You will act as a bridge between the business and technology teams, aligning IT strategy with overall business objectives. You’ll do this by understanding key business needs, translating them into technology solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support while collaborating closely with senior leadership to prioritize projects and manage technology investments. Requirements Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and emerging technologies. Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects. Experience of direct line management, mentoring and development of junior team members. Relationship Building: Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and partners at all levels. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations, processes, and strategic goals across various departments. Experience in managing IT budgets and resource allocation. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
