We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Cleaning Manager in our Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield territory.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to work alongside the franchisee to help them launch, run and grow the Watford territory.
Basic salary: £27K + Performance Bonus

We're looking for a great people manager with a personality who is resilient and has a "Can Do" attitude with a hands-on approach to leading and motivating a team.
This varied role will suit a person who has a proven record of building trust and rapport, impeccable ethics, effective problem-solving and has results-driven skills in a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities:
* Day to day running of a branch within the domestic cleaning industry.
* Build brand awareness and marketing within the Watford, St Albans, Welwyn Gardens and surrounding areas.
* Build relationships with local businesses.
* Client visits, taking client requirements, obtain business from client generated from social media and other leads.
* Hands-on approach to dealing with customer enquiries daily.
* Recruit and train cleaning teams for domestic and commercial cleaning.
* Match client requirements with appointed staff, then manage the cleaning contract accordingly.
* Drive a culture of high-quality customer excellence.
* Provide solutions to issues as they arise and embed any learning.
* Hold regular meetings to engage, motivate and manage your team.
* Drive P&L through sales, margin & cost controls.
* Client invoicing and payroll.
* Measure, analyze and report progress.
* Achieve strategic plans for growth.
