As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for providing direction across the shift, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a team of Warehouse Operatives. This is a new role due to business growth, your responsibilities will include: Overseeing safe, efficient, and accurate goods in and put away, carrier management, customer returns and other tasks within the warehouse. Completing documentation and updating computerised reports. Maintaining a positive working relationship with colleagues and promoting teamwork. Providing guidance and support to Warehouse Operatives through coaching and feedback. Promoting a safety-first approach to all team activities. Ensuring that team members have the necessary information to carry out their duties effectively. Ensuring that allocated activities are completed in accordance with company processes and procedures while maintaining quality and performance measurements. Supporting with the planning, reporting, and management of daily resources to meet/exceed company objectives. What do you need? Our ideal candidate will have proven experience of leading operational teams with significant experience within a warehouse. Ideally but not essential from a FMCG or 3PL environment. Strong people managements skills, with the ability to coach and help others improve. The ability to develop relationships internally within the operational function and externally with other key supporting functions. Ready to Apply?
