Page Personnel are working with a very well-established firm within the financial services industry to recruit for a large number of contact centre advisors on a temporary contract. The company's base in Leeds is a vibrant hub for their customer service department.
Job Description
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone.
2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
3. Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
5. Meet personal/customer service targets and call handling quotas.
6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
7. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and the financial services industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Contact Centre Advisor should have:
1. Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
2. Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
3. Proven experience with high call volume.
4. The ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
5. Knowledge of CRM systems and practices is desirable.
6. Able to work between 8am - 5.30pm (shift patterns).
7. Can commit to 8 weeks (minimum) availability.
8. Late shifts available if preferred.
