As a growing organization, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Bedford, NS. The Executive Assistant will be providing comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Operations (Co-Owners), and may also represent rcs affiliated companies within the corporate umbrella of Doucet Developments when appropriate/applicable.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct administrative and office management support to the Co-owners.
* Calendar and Schedule Management.
* Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, over the phone, via email, and in-person.
* Travel and Expense Management.
* Meeting and Event Coordination.
* Document and file management.
* Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis.
* Prepare and review presentations.
* Present a positive and professional image to all clients, staff, and visitors.
* Assist with the Strategic Planning Process and Implementation.
* Personal Assistant to the Co-owners.
Additional Qualities that Will Help You Excel in This Position:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred).
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-suite executives.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
