The successful pastry Sous chef will have the following:
* Experience as a Pastry Sous chef at Michelin or high rosette level
* the ability to execute dishes with precision and flair.
* stable cv working in a similar kitchen environment
* flexible to work hours as required - 5 days out of 7
* Live a commutable distance from the restaurant
