Key Responsibilities:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to students with SEN.
* IEP Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Inclusive Environment: Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Holistic Development: Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
* Progress Monitoring: Track student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
* Classroom Management: Aid in maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment.

Requirements of an SEN TA:
* Experience: Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
