With the team of 12 relatively young members we need someone who is a strong leader and can instil a sense of pride in all that they do.
With this being my clients home, we need effectively someone good enough to act as their business partner, valuing the place as if it were their own home. My client is very straight talking, a proper chef, so we need someone who can handle an owner operator whose standards and expectations are second to none.
We need someone who is extra flexible and understands that you would be working for an institution with an enviable reputation built up over 20 years, so we are looking for someone to take on this role seriously for a sustained period of time.
Above all this person needs to bring strong experience with them, ideally within Michelin star world but not necessarily, as long as your standards are high enough and you possess the hunger to be moulded to the 2 Michelin Star way I could argue
