The role would be based on a zero-hour contract with ad hoc work, depending on the demand of ongoing projects. This role would be ideal for someone currently working part time with the education sector and looking to take on additional work, or perhaps you are a recently retired education professional, looking to continue with occasional employment. The purpose of the Programme Facilitator role is to deliver Positive Footprints’ educational programmes in primary schools. The role involves inspiring children through high-quality sessions that raise aspirations, open up the world of work, and build essential skills. By working collaboratively with schools and the Positive Footprints team, the Programme Facilitator ensures our programmes are delivered effectively in classrooms, which supports our mission to shape a brighter future for children and young people. The right fit You must have teaching experience in primary education with a passion and ability to inspire children and young people. You’ll have strong communication and presentation skills. Experience delivery interactive and engaging workshops/lessons. You must have a positive attitude. Being able to work independently and use initiative is essential. You’ll be able to manage a varied schedule with willingness to travel to different schools.
