We are partnered with a successful and growing multinational insurance holding company. They are seeking a driven and passionate payroll professional to join their payroll department and work closely with the payroll & benefits manager & senior payroll & benefits specialist to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the payroll & benefits team with outsourced processing of monthly payroll for UK and EMEA countries
2. Liaising with the outsourced payroll provider – checking output provided and making corrections
3. Assisting with the administration of employee benefits for the UK including cycle to work, PMI, pension and season ticket loans
4. Acting as a main point of contact for complex payroll & benefit queries
5. Supporting with the administration of EMEA benefit schemes
Experience Required:
1. Strong UK & EMEA payroll experience
2. Knowledge of statutory entitlements
3. Proactive mindset and confident working autonomously
4. A keenness to progress and develop payroll career
5. Experience of Workday is desirable
