A Senior Architect or Associate LevelArchitect with a strong background in project control particularlywithin higherrisk buildings is needed to join a leadingarchitecture design and planning firm based in Slough. This roleinvolves serving as the primary contact for specific work packagesor projects engaging in all RIBA Plan of Work stages from 0 to 7and taking on the responsibilities of the CDM and Building ControlPrincipal Designer (BC PD).

As a Senior Architect orAssociate Architect you will manage multiple projects ensuring theseamless planning and coordination of key project documentationhandling project and contract administration and securing necessaryconsents and approvals. You will lead the development of designsolutions integrate various design elements and manage internalreviews to deliver highquality outcomes. Additionally you willoversee commercial aspects maintain a robust audit trail forcritical decisions and implement the companys Quality ManagementSystem. Effective team management identifying training needs andcontributing to business development initiatives are also vital tothis role.
Toqualify You should be a Part III Architect / SeniorArchitect / Associate Architect / Architect / Principal Architector similar with experience working in the UK and a CV / projectlist that demonstrates:
* Extensiveexperience with higherrisk buildings and relevant constructionlegislation;
* Indepth knowledge of the CDM& BC Principal Designer roles the Building Safety Act 2022and associated regulations;
* Expertise in TheRIBA Plan of Work RIBA Job Lists and RIBA Building ControlTracker;
* Proficiency in using NBS Chorus forspecifications and AutoDesk Revit;
* Familiaritywith quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and experiencewith document control systems following ISO 19650protocols;
* Proven project management skillswith the ability to manage projects efficiently andprofitably;
* Excellent communication skills andstrong team leadership abilities;
* Registrationwith the Architects Registration Board and preferablyRIBA;
* A proactive approach to businessdevelopment.
