Your new role
As HR Manager, there is certainly lots to get involved in! You'll help shape and deliver the HR strategy by partnering with the business. Day to day, you can expect to support with employee relations, senior recruitment, policy writing and reporting.
Working with senior stakeholders, you'll also have the opportunity to be involved in some interesting HR projects. These will be focused around change and transformation, including systems development, staff engagement and supporting the growth of new business areas, alongside restructuring and succession planning.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be L7 CIPD Qualified and ideally have a degree. The successful candidate will have a broad generalist HR tool kit, with excellent employment law knowledge. You're known for your natural ability to quickly establish strong working relationships. Are solutions driven, have great attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal skills.
