Job Description
The main duties of the role will include:
* Answering calls regarding updates on job orders and progress
* Logging new job orders onto the CRM system
* Sending out confirmations to customers and following up
* Providing an excellent standard of service at all times
* Recording all call information onto the system accurately
* The working hours are Mon to Fri 8 - 5 or Mon to Fri 9 - 6 with a Saturday in every month
